RETURN ELIGIBILITY​

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the applicable right of withdrawal and the conditions set out in our Cancellation Policy.

Where reasonably possible, returned products should be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and labels.

 

You may inspect a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection, as permitted by law.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN​

Your order number.

The product you wish to return.

Whether you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal or reporting a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

​

Please do not send a return to an address that has not been confirmed by our customer service team.

REFUNDS

Once a return has been received and assessed where applicable, we will process the refund in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will generally include the payments received for the returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method do not have to be refunded where the law permits this.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method has been agreed with you. No refund fee will be charged.

For statutory withdrawals, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by law.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay those costs.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is necessary because of an error on our part, please contact us before returning it. We will explain the appropriate resolution and cover costs where required by law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product and packaging where available.

We will review the issue and explain the available resolution. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
