At zunavelixo, we understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. This policy explains how to request an order cancellation and how to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

 

If you wish to cancel an order, contact info@zunavelixo.com as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel.

 

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will review your request and cancel it where possible.

 

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to stop delivery. In that case, you may still be entitled to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal under the conditions below.

 

A request to cancel an order before dispatch is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For a purchase of goods, the 14-day period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

​

For an order containing several goods delivered separately, the period generally begins when you or your designated third party takes possession of the last item.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Order number: Please identify the relevant order in your message.

Customer name and address: Please include your contact details so we can identify the order.

Date of withdrawal notice: The date you send your message.

​

Sending this statement by email is sufficient if it clearly communicates your decision to withdraw and is sent within the applicable withdrawal period.

RETURNING GOODS AFTER WITHDRAWAL

 

After informing us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision, subject to applicable law.

Please contact us for the correct return instructions and return address before sending your package.

You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You may also be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, as permitted by law.

REFUNDS FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL

If you validly withdraw from a purchase, we will reimburse the payments covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, including the cost of standard delivery where required by law.

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method do not have to be reimbursed where the law permits this.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or evidence of their return has been provided, whichever occurs first, as permitted by law.

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. You will not incur a fee solely because of the reimbursement.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain situations provided by law. These may include goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalized goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when unsealed after delivery.

Any exception will apply only where its legal requirements are met. Statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.
